If you’re looking to explore Okanagan wine country I recommend starting in Naramata. Why?

24 Hours of Eating in…
We’re starting to become known for our “24 hours of eating in” Youtube series and we have some exciting episodes coming to you this summer.
In June we are doing an alternative tour using the controversial ChatGPT to guide us around our home town. I am curious if it will just pull from Trip Advisor recommendations or if it will go any deeper. Either way it should be entertaining! Stay tuned.
Where are we eating right now?
If you follow me on Instagram, you have seen my endless combinations of protein packed smoothies as I try to compliment my new regimen. Work outs begin at 5 am until 6 when I get myself, kids and breakfast ready before school and work.
Otherwise, we are loving the incredible food we sampled from Shabbang Food Truck, particularly the bangwiches! If you find yourself in Vernon, look for where they’ll be stationed! You won’t regret it!
